Sacred Breathwork & Integration

You have been invited to join us on Friday, March 28th, 2025(6:30-9pm) for an evening session at GraceSpace(above Baked Café) in Horwoods Mall, downtown Whitehorse.

Join Juliette Anglehart Zedda and I for our next Sacred Breathwork session.

Juliette is a locally respected psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with years on a numinous path of interpersonal exploration. We will be working in an intimate group setting to explore one’s rich depths through a powerful 1.5hr breathwork session, with evocative sound, and inner reflection steeped in curiosity through ritual of trust, surrender, witnessing and release. Connecting with our sacred breath, we will move through the edges of our narrative-based limiting minds and beyond, opening into expansive ‘non-ordinary states of consciousness’. By exploring with our breath, diving into the vastness within our own psyches, we may gain opportunities to connect with the unknown and remembered, the collective, the transpersonal, and our loving, healthy, wise ancestors and guides.

The session will take place during the evening starting at 6:30pm sharp and finishing around 930pm. An integration/sharing circle is part of this so we ask that you have the evening free as these sessions can bring much to the forefront.
